316L Stainless Steel Pipes

316L Stainless Steel Valves

Quick Press-Fit Installation
Press-fit installation is a repeatable, step-based method: cut the pipe square, remove burrs and debris, check that the sealing ring is undamaged and correctly seated, insert the pipe to the marked insertion depth, fit the pressing jaw and crimp until the tool releases pressure, then verify the crimped dimension with a gauge. Because the joint is formed mechanically, the process avoids welding and threading on site.
