Door Leaf Craftsmanship: German-style spliced construction with no exposed screw holes or welding seams. Reinforcing plates embedded inside the leaf to avoid sagging and cracking.
Double-wrap Door Frame: Full steel AB-type frame structure.

- Door panel: 0.8mm / 0.8mm national standard high-quality galvanized steel sheet
- Door frame: 1.5mm national standard high-quality galvanized steel sheet
- Door leaf thickness: 40mm
Hinges: 3 pieces of 304 stainless steel hinges (Anheng brand) per leaf for door sizes between 1800×2400mm.
Lock Set:
- Lock body: Standard Anheng European-standard 5572 lock body
- Lock cylinder: Standard European lock cylinder (keyed-alike & emergency bathroom function)
- Handle: Standard split-type European 72-series stainless steel lever handle
Core Filling: High-strength honeycomb paper (15mm cell pitch) plus internal steel bracing; solid tapping sound, excellent sound insulation.
Connecting Reinforcement Plates (leaf-frame joint): 3mm galvanized steel plate.
Observation Window (for patient room doors): Aluminium glass bead frame, 200(W)×700(H)mm with 5mm tempered glass.
Louver (for toilet doors): Dual-direction aluminium louver, 400(W)×150(H)mm.
Surface Finish: Antibacterial electrostatic powder coating, coating thickness ≥80µm. Dust-proof & antibacterial finish; free of scratches, paint accumulation, bubbles, pits or contamination with uniform colour.
Frame Seal Strip: Embedded medical-grade antibacterial rubber seal.
